They just need to make sure to get a well rounded and balanced group of leaders. They need to encourage more evolvement. The girls are great, classy, and fun people just don't get to a chance to see it as much as they should.

I witnessed some very involved and others dancing on tables with a short dress on. The newest pledge class holds great potential, it just all depends on what they do with said potential.
