Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at Mississippi State University - MSU 3.2 The work they do to get their girls involved in CMN is fantastic. I just hope they continue to grow when it comes to panhellenic bonds.

Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at Mississippi State University - MSU 3.0 Middle tier group that does very well in some areas, but deals with ongoing reputation and retention issues. Only group I give a below average sisterhood rating (because it's hard to know from the outside) because of how I hear them speak negatively about each other. They post a lot on this site about being top tier, but most everyone I know doesn't consider them to be due to the issues I listed above. They do have some very pretty girls though.

Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at Mississippi State University - MSU 4.4 Up and coming on the move. Beating out some of the others moving toward that top spot. A little more campus involvement needed and a bit more dedication to studies.

I came through rush from out of state and Phi Mu was the only sorority where I knew absolutely no one, and I got a bid.
