No one has dropped? Don't post things without something to back them up.

Phi Mu's biggest issue is retention. It's not unusual for them to loss 60% of the pledge class by senior year.

Are you serious? Almost ALL sororities lose half of their girls because of graduate schools or dropping. It's not just Phi Mu.

Do you mean LOSE? And yes, don't act like you aren't in a college where women continually apply for professional schools, like nursing school, and have to leave to attend. They obtain the pre-requisites to apply and attend those schools while at Mississippi State and other state universities. If you don't know this occurs, since you are in college and surrounded by men and women that transfer to these professional schools, then I'm thinking you are under a rock or something. All sororities lose girls for this reason and others. One girl's mother became ill with cancer and she had to drop her membership. Please tell me you understand this dilemma? So, there are a lot of reasons girls drop their membership and, yes, it does occur in ALL sororities.

Justify it any way necessary. Fact: retention is an issue for Phi Mu and as been for years.

Count the number of seniors in the last 4 years before you try to use this as a negative. Quota was in the 80s and senior classes have remained in the 60s Just like allllllll the other groups.

Yes I can count and there are 47 seniors listed for this year on the Phi Mu website. That is a loss of 45% of a pledge class of 80. A retention issue.

Phi Mu had 41 seniors listed last year... if they had 60 they would list 60.
