rushing as a transfer student

I am planning on transferring to Georgia Southern in the 2015 Fall. I am a pretty hispanic girl with a 3.0 gpa and involved in a few extracurricular activities. Does the fact that I am a sophomore and hispanic affect my chances of getting a bid at all?
