Closest brotherhood and biggest parties. only reason people hate them on here is because theyve become a big frat really quickly and they choose to be off row with 2 houses

Someone must really hate Phi Delt the way they posted 20 reviews in 2 days to talk down on them. They’re a good frat. i dont know why they get hate besides them choosing to have two off row houses
