My worry with this sorority is that they will feel the same effects as DPhiE of not being well known/a household name in the south which affected DPhiE’s recruitment numbers a lot. Hopefully that won’t happen for these ladies, but only time will tell!

One of the worst fraternities at Georgia Southern. They have been lying about building a house on row for the last 10 years. They also place dead last in pretty much every sorority philanthropy event. It’s a shame people get scammed into joining them every year with the “blue prints” they hand out as snap bids. Once people find out it’s a lie they typically end up dropping...

The only negative thing anyone can say about this fraternity is the lack of a Row house... I’ve been to their parties and they’re way better than anything you can go to on Row. Heard them being referred to as off Row SAE which is pretty accurate since both these fraternities are on the rise. Can see them being one of the best fraternities in the next 10 years if Greek Life is still around by then

Average frat but their house is off row so that basically means they’re irrelevant. They’d probably be ranked higher in my books if they had a house on row.
