I’m in another fraternity and frankly if I didn’t go with mine I would’ve went with them. I know so many of them boys and all of them have been great to me no matter the fraternity difference

these guys aren’t it, they don’t have a house on row which limits them on so much socially. I wouldn’t rush their dues are incredibly high compared to the other frats to be able to one day afford the smallest sorority house on row…. the brothers are weird and throw highschool level parties

At the beginning of the year I was house hoping to see which house I perfected to stay at the most and by far it’s theta xi, they were extremely welcoming and made me feel safe every time I stepped foot in their house

Always outside playing basketball or tailgating. Has gotten a lot better over the last few years and now wins most sorority philanthropy weeks and throws absolute ragers

phi delt is hands down my favorite frat at southern because the brothers are legitimately some of the nicest people i have ever met. i also feel very comfortable there because it’s just like a big family where everyone feels welcomed.

love phi delt <3 they are very welcoming and sweet right when you meet them. it is clear that all of the brothers enjoy being involved in the community and participating in different events. they are some of the most genuine frat guys you could ever meet!

This chapter is extremely friendly and looks after both its brothers and any female who enters the house. They just want everyone to have a good time.
