I am a new member of Zeta and couldn't be more offended at the original post. To give you a little insight into my sorority, I have felt immediately welcomed into the sisterhood, have made several friends with older members, and am thrilled at how well I get along with the rest of the new members. I can't speak for everyone, but this is exactly what I imagined sorority life to be. I truly don't believe the OP was written by a member of my class. For months I have been reading negative comments written by outsiders and I am certain this is one of those. The reality is that we are just like any other house and I can't imagine why someone who knows nothing about our sisterhood feels the need to be so negative.

Good for you! Enjoy your new sisters and house and ignore the hateful comments. I seriously doubt that the OP is your pledge sister, but every house has a few negative, crazies in it! It's either a fake post or one of those constant whining complaining "I'm always a victim" babies that we all get to deal with in our houses. No one knows what sisterhood is like in each house unless they themselves are members, so whatever they say has no validity.
