Yes, most agree that those are the top three, but they are very different houses. PiPhis are independent thinkers, smart and kind of edgy. TriDelt is the house made up mostly of suburban St. Louis girls who all know each other. ChiO's are smart and competitive. They like to be on top. That's why most people expand the top tier to include Theta and ADPi, because they, too, are selective and have something special and different to offer. No "wannabe" houses among any of those.

Wow you have been busy, all over this site last night trying to get PNMs to think those are too houses. That is laughable at best. DG, GPhi,and A Phi are solidly middle tier. AFTER Theta, ADPi and Kappa.
