all of our houses have something to offer. if you join any top or mid tier house you will be happy. I only say you may be unhappy in a low tier house because some girls get upset or jealous at the houses they were cut from. no one wants to be friends with a girl thats obsessed with knocking down houses. that being said, a little rivalry is ok, but don't look to this site for facts.
The only houses I would tell my friends to be weary of is phi mu, sigma, and zeta. these three houses struggle in recruitment and to retain members in the fall, they have the poorest grades on campus, and are typically not as involved. I have to bite my tongue here because Zeta has been doing better in the involvement aspect. The rush cute girls but just can't seem to hold on to them. Sometimes I think they have to kick people out for grades. And phi mu has a really strong sisterhood. They know they're not a popular choice and they embrace it and find girls who can be classy and have great relationships.

how much do pairings matter for first semester? I mean do you only hang out with the house you're paired with?

Who you are paired with is your first frat friends! You are with them quite a bit in order to prepare for house decks and floats. Also if your in the fling. So yes your with them a lot. However this doesn't mean you don't meet other guys....that is up to you.

When does hoco prep start? Also don't you meet l other frats too?

Get over yourself - there are great girls in AXO, KD, and EVERY OTHER CHAPTER at Mizzou. We have an amazing greek system, full of intelligent, talented, accomplished women. Quit trying to start something by bashing individual chapters - this kind of behavior is totally unnecessary and completely unbecoming of a member of Mizzou's greek system.

Dear Tri Sig,

Stop trying to get AXO and KD to start fighting. It's never going to work. These girls may compete for the same girls during recruitment, but at least they do it with class and when recruitment is over they still have strong Greek unity. Why don't you join the party and stop hating on everyone?

"Shout out" aka "tri sig" - based on your post i don't think you would know class if it hit you in the face. i know great girls in axo and kd. i also know great girls in zeta, tri sig (yes, lets be honest), and phi mu. quit trying to start drama right before recruitment. you're the reason pnms drop out because they don't get the houses they want. but you'll probably still talk about how sad and unfortunate it is, afterwards.

the sigma house is full of drama. they live on this site bashing their competition. what they don't realize is that the stronger houses around them would probably like to help them and support them out, but I think sigma's ruined that for themselves with their actions on this site. you can't have good relations with other chapters when you spend all your time bashing them because you're threatened by them. take some advice from phi mu, they know they're not a popular house but they don't cry about it, they stay classy and never have bad things to say about other greeks.
