zeta or alpha phi

Wondering which house is better all around, Zeta or Alpha Phi. I think both have lower retention rates than other houses, just wondering why. Do these houses attract similar girls?

alpha phi and zeta are very similar in the types of girls they attract

Both have lower grades. Aphi is more involved and prettier girls. Aphi is also more likable and popular with frats if you care about that. Aphi is mid tier and zeta is bottom tier, zeta tends to get aphi left overs

Aphi has low retention because none of their events are mandatory. So a lot of girls just apt showing up and end up dropping.
Zeta loses a lot of girls to drama in the house, or having to kick out girls with low grades.

Helloooo I had zeta and APHI on pref day I thought they were very similar. I did join one and I love my house, but I know I would be happy in the other one too :)

Do both Zeta and Alpha Phi have grade minimums? I heard Alpha Phi didn't have any, and not sure what Zeta's is.

Why is this even a question? I don't know a sole that would choose zeta over aphi. Aphi is a good respectable house here. They're a popular choice. Can't say the same for zeta.

I have friends in both houses, and I just don't understand all the hate for Zeta. People even said on here the girls are similar, so why is Alpha Phi better? I feel like Zeta just gets bashed year after year when maybe they had problems years ago, but I think they have a lot of great girls!
