Delta has pretty girls and a good sisterhood, but a lot of the girls are really lacking in motivation and personality; it's as if they think all they need are looks to get by. ChiO and Kappa have decent sisterhoods but are hit or miss in looks and they have a bunch of girls who are just odd and sort of fuddie-duddies (for lack of a better term). Theta has a strong sisterhood but the fun quotient in that house is non-existent. So I guess I would have to say ADPi and PiPhi are at the top for different reasons. ADPi has brains, drive, looks and get up and go. They are extremely well-rounded. And PiPhi, well, they just have incredibly high standards in every category. PiPhi was my top choice during rush. I didn't get in and I am extremely happy with my house. But every PiPhi I talked to during rush seemed interesting, genuine and attractive.

Chi I and kappa don't have anything in common but competitiveness. Kappa has prettier girls, Chi o is way more unique and have way better personalities. I don't see how you can compare the two the way you did?
