I'm not ranking by number order because it's too close to call in some cases but here are my opinions.
Top Tier/Top Five ((Again, in no order))

I don't know why everyone keeps saying Theta is top tier. They're not anymore. Their claim to fame was grades and they haven't been top in grades for how many semesters now? GPhi isn't top either because they literally do NOTHING except look good. That's not grounds for a top tier house, Delta has hot girls but they also try hard and are involved. DG is slipping but they're not bottom tier and anybody who says they are is fooling themselves. ADPi has been killing it in both competitions and grades and at this point I think they're top tier. SK isn't getting ranked by me until we see them pull a full pledge class. Until they do that, I don't care about them.

NOPE. Nice try Adpi's, but NO ONE THINKS YOU'RE TOP TIER. Recruit some decent girls, then we'll talk. Theta and Gphi need to be switched with kappa and Adpi. Zeta is TOTALLY mid tier. It's literally laughable that you think gphi and theta belong in the same category as axo and kappa delta? Do you go to Mizzou?

Theta is slipping. Not falling out of top tier but they are slipping. They got sloppy during GW and they didn't recruit a cute pledge class AND they've let grades get away from them a few times. They're still top but they should watch themselves.
SK is bottom but where exactly they fall in bottom tier will be determined by if they rush better than Zeta, Sigma and Phi Mu.
GPhi is upper mid, not top.
Anddddd Pi Phi might fall if these hazing allegations turn out to be true. For now though they're still top.

Adpi has some of the highest return rates of all the houses every Recruitment... they're one of those houses all the PNMs love, because they have the whole approachable girl-next-door vibe. Then you come on here and everyone's bashing them. i think it's safe to say a lot of girls are bitter they got cut.
Also - predicting someone will quickly call me an ADPI, because god forbid a girl stick up for a house other than her own.

We consistently have one of the highest return rates for PNM's during Recruitment and we took first in grades this semester. So no, we're not worried about Recruitment.

Did you actually just say lolz? And oh, a lesbian joke about Adpi how clever. I would say "come back when you're willing to act like a normal, functioning adult" but then I remembered we're on a gossip site that attracts idiots. And like the person above me said, Adpi is always a favorite among PNMs, so no they are not worried...

I think this ranking is very accurate. Without grades Theta is just another average house, and it has been a long time since Theta was tops in grades. GPhis are pretty much a bunch of pretty drunks without much class. ADPis sisterhood is better, Delta's girls are prettier, PiPhi excels in a variety of areas and always gets the best out-of-state girls, Kappa is up and coming and ChiO is always competitive. It's a new order, girls, and houses like GPhi and Theta who have been getting by on their past reputation better step up their game.

People are too quick to stick to the status quo when the reality is that these old tiers we've been using aren't relevant anymore. I also think this ranking is pretty spot on and people in houses that have been slipping, Theta/GPhi/DG are embarrassed that they're falling behind and use demeaning insults and irrelevant talking points to bring down houses that could possibly overtake them.

This is spot on. Every year the rankings change a little bit. Some houses changes are temporary, some are permanent. Take dg for example. They were a top house not too long ago. But they keep falling every year. Other houses keep passing them by and dg is making a permanent change to their overall ranking. Some houses keep doing better every year. 5 years ago I would've said AXO and kid could never be mid tier, but they fit there now almost perfectly. I'm not saying they're at the same level as some of the higher ranked mid tier houses, but they've definitely moved out of bottom tier. Will it be a permanent change? Maybe for AXO. They keep making improvements. Kd is still up there with them, but isn't quite at their level. Just some examples to think about.

There's ^^^ the reason AXO got called out as a "habitual self-ranker" in another discussion. Because they are! They troll this site posting stuff like that above. Its a great example.
Obviously KD's no Chi O, Pi Phi or Kappa for sure, but trying to claw your way over another mediocre sorority clinging to mid-tier makes you look desperate.
Ladies, you'd look better to the greek community if you'd stop. That's not just my opinion.

You're really picking which house has the girls you like if you're picking between KD and AXO because they're on the same level. AXO is not better than KD and KD is not better than AXO.
Does AXO have better looking girls? In my opinion yes.
But are KD girls nicer? Absolutely.
Neither house is better than the other until one of them fails or the other REALLY steps their game up. And I mean really steps it up. Until then both of these houses are solid middle tier houses. Literally the middle of the pack and that's nothing to be ashamed of.

The biggest SElF Promoters on here and those that appear most desperate are AXO, ADPi and Kappa. This site is so silly. Anyone can post on here! Anyone!!' In fact the same person is likely posting a large majority of all this. Almost comical! And really PNMs if you really believe anything on this site you deserve to be in those self ranking houses! The top houses and everyone in Greek town know who is top and who is not, and PMNs when you are going through rush you will easily be able to figure it out!

Yes, G Phi is top tier and Theta is top tier. If you don't know that you don't go here.
And tier isn't "earned" by doing things. It exists solely because some girls would rather join one house than another.
