The DU alumni own it. It will remain on campus unused until DU is allowed to come back in two years.

DTD is getting it next year and ZBT is moving into DTDs old house. Thats just for next year tho. And its the truth.

I'm Guessing that DTD is/will be signing a 4 year least for DU house and while they are leasing , possibly a new DTD house could be in the works. If that is true, then is will make sense for ZBT to lease the DTD house for 4 years. Even though DU is eligible to return in 2 years, that is still not set in stone. It's up to their National to decide after 2 years when will be a good time to re-colonize. They (DU National) will most likely wait until all the former DU members graduate which would make their return time 2019-2020.
