Falling: Tri Delt and APhi for sure, a few other houses are possibilities.
Rising: too early to tell. Check back in when recruitment is finished.

Adpi is falling, Axo is rising, kappa is stagnant. Gphi is also rising. All other houses look good. Obviously written by an Adpi thoigh, they've been trying to knock down Axo recently on this site when everyone knows the opposite is true.

They jumped adpi by a long shot, adpi is now the second last choice for academic houses, the only one worse is KD... Bottom mid, AXO took their spot

Falling: it's pretty easy to see who is falling this year because it's a lot of hose upper tier houses. Like APhi (if they could recruit pretty AND smart girls maybe they'd have a shot at top). Tri Delt, if you have to clean house like you did last year it's a sign of falling. But hoofs illy they will replace those bad apples with some awesome new pnms. Next, Theta. Theta is known for their grades and being good in competitions. They might still have the grades but ADPi and Chi O are slowly getting better with grades and I don't remember the last time Theta did well in a competition.
Rising: most houses you won't tell if they are rising or falling until after recruitment. But I would say Chi O is definitely becoming more popular. Tell at group of girls. Next would be AXO. They are just doing a ton of things right. Houses like KD, DG and Zeta all of a huge potential to be even better this semester, especially DG and KD. All 3 are still on the fence, but I would predict them all doing more good than bad this year!

Here ADPi goes again, trying to tear down Theta? Please you guys haven't beat them in grades pretty sure like ever. Here is the ladder of academic tiers, you can quit crying about it because you're the second last choice. Chi O>Theta>AXO>ADPi>KD. Hell KDs are more competitive and better looking than ADPi so I think I can safely say they're on the verge of pushing ADPi to bottom tier.

Never thought I'd think AXO and KD were better than ADPi.... But here I am saying that if you want a competitive and likable house def pref AXO and KD above ADPi. Hands down nicer girls and I'd say better looking but that's just me. Two AXOs lived in my floor last year and they were chill, my suitemate is a KD and one of the best girls I know and can't speak highly enough of her house.

I would have to agree. AXO is leagues ahead and KD is pretty much more competitive and better looking so realistically, ADPi is bottom tier
