Do sororities really care about like a b and c team? (A= fall, B=Spring, C= transfers)

I think my house doesn't cob because it takes a large time commitment of members to do the new education/ rituals/ etc. To add one or two girls it is too high of a price. As far as transfers, it isn't a problem because they generally add into the newest pledge class and do just fine.
