best pc: gphi-they took tri delts-gpas and looks defined this decision
worst pc-tri delt-gave up best girls mostly to gphi but some to dg, a couple to zta

philanthropy-tri delt by default-we ALL support their philanthropy-we've all cried at recruitment watching their recruitment-no aruguement there-luck of the draw, nothing to do with any house at mizzou

least popular-there is not a 'least' popular house at mizzou-every single house has something to offer

wont go through every superlative but definitely say they worst pc-only bc they brought a house down-would have to be tri delt. most involved kkg. philanthropy, obvi tri delt, most underrated axo, most overated tri delt and pi phi, new choices-most changed-gphi(to tri delt), sweetest b/w phi mu axo, and hate to rank this but meanest goes between alpha phi and zeta-zeta is mean to outside girls and alpha phi is so mean to girls in the house. hate to say it but until pnm realize that is why so many girls drop and that is why they can cob and take more girls than anyone else-people must be honest about that. a nationally recognized house with girls who 'look' great should not be having so many problems hanging on to girls that still attend mizzou and girls that want ot be in greek life. there is not another house that can cob as many girls as alpha phi.

Sweetest: Sigma, AXO, Phi Mu
Smartest: There's no smartest house "smart" is an individual thing
Most involved in community: SK/Tridelt both super involved with their philanthropies
Most school spirit: what does this even mean?
Most involved: AXO
Best dressed: Pi Phi
Best philanthropy: SK and TriDelt - tridelt has a good one but SK raises so much money
Most successful: Phi Mu and AXO have been super successful among the greek community, XO, Theta, Kappa have a lot of members who have been super successful just in general.
Most popular: During recruitment, Pi Phi or Chi O. During the year there really isn't one

SK is the top fundraising chapter nationally and have been every year since they colonized. That's a big feat for such a new house.

Agree with most. wouldn't say kappa is meanest, honestly don't hear much from them. Also debate smartest after this year-theta is the stereotypical smartest, but didn't get that impression this year. Most of your others are spot on-there will never be another house with a better philanthropy than tri delt unless someone comes up with something new. they win that one by default-everyone, yes everyone loves it.

i dont like zeta as much as the next person but even i can admit theyre better than phi mu/sk/kd. like sure theyre crazy but you can't say theyre losing cute girls to phi mu when frats paired with phi mu wont even show up to their marriage parties lol

(tri delt trying to change it up gave great girls away-it'll b interesting what happens this year since tri delt lost a lot of their st Louis girls-and also shyed away from the 'smart' out of state girls that were also 'pretty'-their strategy this past year didn't pan out-mainly with the out of state girls. all that aside-it was what greek life needed to change things up)
Underrated: axo
Overrated: piphi and xo
meanest? not sure-haven't seen this personally but from what people say zeta? not fair for this rank bc I havnet actually seen that

This is crazy. I'm curious as to your reasoning behind your top 3, so SO random but I'll give you a chance to explain.

Why would zeta, a stagnant bottom house, all the sudden jump 10 houses to upper mid? The only reason I can think of is because this is your house and you think more highly of it than the majority of Greek town does. Sorry Charlie, zeta in low mid is a reach, upper mid is just far fetched at least in the next 10 years. They're just getting beaten year after year by houses like SK and phi mu. :/

Most successful? And you put KAPPA! They lost their pride and joy when they lost Greek week this year. If anything this year has NOT been successful for Kappa. They lost a lot of girls to ADPi, Theta and even KD. Not to mention KD beat them in Greek week. The most successful house would be AXO. They've moved leaps and bounds this semester and no one can deny it

This is what weirds me out about kappa. They have it all going on on paper but they're still so irrelevant. No one desires them, no one really talks about them, no one considers them top... But yet they do have a lot going for them

Kappa recruits a very specific type of girl and it works for that type. But if you're not the stuffy, snobby, elitist type than Kappa just doesn't make sense. Kappa is like GPhi. They know what they want, they get it every year and that's that. They'll never be top because they don't have mass appeal like XO or Pi Phi does, but they do their own thing.
