i go to another sec school maybe transferring

I go to another SEC school and I have recently thought about transferring to bama. I am a pi phi at my school. Would it be worth it to try to get into the pi phi chapter at bama? What is their reputation/gpa like and do they have a lot of social functions. Also, what is the likelihood they would take me? I have a 3.8 gpa. Thanks?

Pi Phis are cool. They're not top tier or "old row" if that's what you're after but they are definitely a well-respected house.
