Is it possible to possible to get a bid as an OOS Pnm, without a legacy, not going to spring teas, and not already being recruited if the sorority really really likes you for one reason or another?

Yes. Happens all the time. You just need to maximize your options.

Get rec letters to all the chapters or as many as you can. Have decent grades and involvement in band/sports/clubs. Read the panhell guide for how to dress and such. You will do fine.
