new sororities ever coming?

Now that Gamma Phi Beta seems to have settled in and all the houses are doing well.... is there chatter about a group like TriSig or SigmaKappa trying to get something going? The master plan has room reserved for something, but with the large houses going up, I kinda don't see pledge classes getting any smaller.

Gamma phi has been here for like thirty years I would hope they'd have settled in. And to answer your question, no, for a variety of reasons. Firstly because any sororities who could possibly take on colonizing here have just had huge colonizations. Secondly they'd at least have to wait until everyone else is done building. And lastly, with the size of the physical houses, when Greek life becomes less popular again (and it always does), having too many chapters could mean chapters closing due to not enough income coming in to keep the houses running.
