can't decide between 2

I'm rushing a fraternity this Fall and I'm stuck between 2 houses and I want honest opinions on both of them. No sugar coating please. ΛΧΑ and ΒΘΠ

But I've been told Beta is actually a top house on campus. Lambda Chi seems like they fly under the radar to me.

^^^^ If you're trying to tell me that Lambda Chi is a top house on campus then you are very misinformed, its not a bad house but it is certainly not the best house and I think a lot of girls in various sororities whether they are old row or not will agree

sorry but neither are top houses... but Beta is def better. they are on university. anyone on jefferson personally... is a no go and are lame.

there are a few on Jefferson that are good (actually very good). ATO is on University and they are not good. so don't be so broad brushed in your generalities.
