Yep. But look. Some houses are really uptight and will have a problem with a tatoo and will be pissed if, after you get a bid, the concealer comes off... Do you really want to be in such a house? Other houses are not nearly as uptight and will not care too much as long as it does not reflect negatively on the house as a whole (so hopefully it is tasteful). If I were you I would conceal it for recruitment (and clense your posts) just so you don't get unfairly judged (and you would be in many houses).
Something for you to keep an eye out for is to look for a fit where you can tell that you will not be judged after bid day for having a tatoo.

I can't really just take it off its permanent, should I just cover it up or something then?
