They have a trial date of March 1, 2016. They all got kicked out of the fraternity and at least one is supposedly in rehab. By the way, nobody lost their toes.... just frostbite. Seriously. Pretty sad. So they are in court. I am not aware of whether Phi Gam's nationals or Bama greek life imposed any sanctions. They were cancelling some swaps this fall, but I dont' know if it had anything to do with the hazing. I think they were otherwise pretty much business as usual. The pledges that were involved are perfectly fine.
