phi sig and lambda

Pnm from the north, already visited and love Alabama. Have buddies in both phi sig and lambda who are cool but not sure how the houses are. Basically can someone give me the rundown on each of them, if sororities like them, and if they're bad if they're at least on the rise. Thank you

Phi sig is not very good. And if lambda you mean lambda chi then yes they're pretty good, one of the top on Jefferson

LXA would be better. However, they have the reputation of an easy pledgeship with no hazing. TIFWIW
