rush info needed
by: PNMCould someone please explain UA recruitment process? Open house days 1&2. So do PNM start ranking at the end of day 2? How and when do you know if you go on to the next day? The night before or early the next am? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

The first and second day of recruitment you will visit all the houses. On the en of the second day, you will vote on your bottom houses. On day three, the maximum houses you can be asked back to is twelve (although it's uncommon to be asked back to that many). Day three and four you will visit your remaining houses. You will then vote again and be asked back to a maximum of eight houses. After day five you will then narrow it down to three (if you have three left) and then rank those three in the order that you wish to receive a bid!
