rush info needed

by: PNM

Could someone please explain UA recruitment process? Open house days 1&2. So do PNM start ranking at the end of day 2? How and when do you know if you go on to the next day? The night before or early the next am? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I'll give as much information as I have since I haven't gone through rush yet either and actives please correct me if I'm wrong :)

All the rounds except for pref are spread out over 2 days. The most houses you can go back to each round are:
1st round - everyone goes to all 16 houses
2nd round - 12
3rd round - 8
4th round - 5
pref - 3
I've heard that it is not normal to go to the maximum amount of houses each round.

You rank your houses at the end of the 2nd day of each round of parties, after you've attended all your parties. You don't "drop" houses unless you just don't list them at all (DO NOT DO THIS!). You pretty much just rank a few houses (the # depending on the round) that you liked the least. Like after the first round when you attended all 16 parties, you would rank 4 houses in order that you liked the least. Then, the next morning before parties start, you get your schedule for the next round of parties. This will tell you what houses you have left, and you will be able to determine from this list if houses have dropped you or not just by seeing who is on there and who isn't. Then, you attend those parties, and the next day you'll attend the rest of that round, and then rank again, and so on. After your pref parties you rank in order from favorite to least favorite of the 1-3 houses you went to for pref. Then, the next morning is bid day and you'll go to the stadium and open an envelope and inside will have a bid to one of the houses you went to on pref! :)
