rush chair

I was elected to be my sororities rush chair from another school, not Alabama. Since the state of Alabama is known for Greek Life I thought I would ask the experts! What makes a sororities rush successful? What can sororities do to ensure that they recruit the best? Lastly, what about a house made you feel welcomed and want to join? Any advice is welcomed and appreciated!
