Any word on what sororities are doing spring COB ? And when should we hear from one if we have filled out the form already ?

When everybody returns this week, sororities can see who hasn't returned this semester. They'll need to meet this or next week to decide if they are going to pledge any new members this semester (many will not or not need to).
Those who choose to select some new members may first call up women they know, and then get the list from Panhellenic either next week...or the next. Or even the week after that.
I wouldn't expect any calls for another couple of weeks. Could even be a week or two beyond that.

One of my friends already got an email from a sorority inviting her to a cob event.... not sure which house it is though

i know of two house that have events starting tomorrow but there are three who are rumored to have events still

If you were following GR the last few months, the ones rumored to be considering it were Alpha Phi, DG, Theta, DZ and ZTA. Sorry, not in any of those houses so I couldn't confirm anything for you.

Old Row DOES take spring PNMs. They just take a few, very quietly, and it's usually girls they've already chosen.
