why are thetas hated so much?

Why do Thetas here have such a bad reputation/get talked bad about/considered a bottom tier house?

Thetas are probably considered by most to be the bottom sorority at Alabama. That isn't a bad thing in and of itself, because all the sororities here are good. But Thetas tend to be a little angry that they're not considered a top house and do kind of creepy things like bad mouth other houses and self rank on here a lot. I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't written so that some Theta could reply that they're a great house. They do that kind of thing all the time and it turns people off.
