Is it best to add actives back on social media? I feel like it is rude not to, but that it might make you seem over eager if you follow them all back

definitely give them a follow back, they get just as excited abt the followers as you do :)

if they're following you it's a nice gesture and it might make them more interested in you come rush! nobody will think poorly of you if you follow actives! :)
