If you want to try and do COB for spring when should you submit the form? Is it better to do it now or wait until you have a gpa after the end of the semester (freshman)?

Do it after Christmas break. Nobody's even thinking about that right now.
Right now is elections, learning the new job, getting through finals, going home for break.
