delta sig/phi sig

How is the reputation of Delta Sig and Phi Sig? I know they are new row. What tier are they? Top, Upper Middle, Lower Middle? How is it for an OOS student from the North? Thanks!

Delta Sigs are really sweet guys and seem to have a great brotherhood. They also have some good parties, however, they do have a reputation for being one of the lamer frats (only guys and some of the old row girls seem you care about it though). Phi Sig also has a reputation for being lame. They always have parties going on, however a lot of the time they're really small and mostly guys, and the guys are a lil weird
