When should OOS students start contacting rush chairs? Is thanksgiving a good time?

Just depends Id say by Jan-Feb so you can for sure get on the list for the March/April rush parties and meet up with the guys when you come into town for your campus visits. If you're not from the South or have no connections some might not reply to you, just a heads up.
