by: transferI'm thinking about transferring here as a sophomore next year. I'm in a sorority in my current school but I'm not sure if I would still want to be in one. in all honesty, would my experience be better if I stayed in Greek life, or does it not really matter as much for girls?

There are lots of girls at Bama who have a wonderful college experience without Greek life, so I would say that depends on you. Why don't you plan to get to know your house at Bama then decide if you want to affiliate or not? You may find you don't really enjoy the Bama chapter but you also may really love the house.
