"tbd" on sorority expansion plan?

What does the "tbd" on certain houses mean on the sorority expansion master plan mean? There's 3 that don't have sorority names and just say tbd. Are those going to be new sororities or sororities moving on campus like alpha chi or what?

To Be Determined. Room for new sororities or if existing want to build in those spots, whether it be new to campus, a historically black sorority or whatever
