Which yes, typically, means that those with smaller PCs (a few over quota) had many PNMs that they really wanted list them 1st on their MRABAs (and took a few QAs who maximized and listed them first) . Those wth much bigger PCs either had to extend lots of bids because they (due to lower return rates) had to invite many more girls to Pref than other chapters and most of these girls maximized their options so they were guarenteed a bid somewhere, and/or they extended many more bids because they knew they would still be under Total and were trying to get as close as possible. #reality

And I've heard of a few girls dropping from everywhere but no specific house with lots of girls dropping
