I think with the ADPi girl stepping out (and having voted against machine a little last year), we know why ADPi did not get any homecoming love from the machine
...
Folks, in case you are still not getting it, one of the ways the machine controls sororities is through things that create "prestige" with alums and kids. That is why every PNM next year just needs to think for themselves and find their own fit and not follow stuff like ranks and tiers on pages like this one.

the girl who wrote the opinion piece is a Phi Mu and a crimsonette. Do your research before you go pointing fingers. ADPi has nothing to do with any of this.

In response to the post above that AGD does not care about being old row/machine -- I think we all know the answer to that question. They care too much and they sacrificed their souls on the alter of the Machine to keep that insider status. By not supporting their AGD sister in the homecoming queen election and promoting the Machine hand-picked candidate from Phi Mu (perhaps the most powerful machine sorority for some reason) -- AGD was its own witness. Machine over Sisterhood. Since sisterhood is a core purpose for AGD to exist, it is their soul. So they did sell their soul.
For those that will say any other sorority would have done the same thing, I can only respond that the community of sororities that would chose Machine over sister also have lost their heart and soul.

I am not a student here. Just looked up what a "Crimsonette" is. Wow...people still twirl batons? Multiple people at once? I had no idea! Learn something new everyday.
