I agree with OP, but I'd add Sigma Pi and get rid of DTD. The Sigma Pi pledge class is so much fun! And very cute.

You can add Sigma Pi if you want (there are a few of the same girls constantly pushing them on here...they've made progress, but they aren't as amazing as yall claim they are), but DTD needs to stay. They have WAY more tradition, much bigger and better parties, and are considered a top 16 (relevant) fraternity. They got a great PC.

? Why is it a good response that a house has more tradition and is more relevant. Question was best pledge class not best new row house overall.
