Personally, I would try to get as many recs as you can for Spring Rush (just as you would for fall, but it's not as intense). When you have a better idea of who will participate (you can also check last spring's Panhel grade reports and there will be a # listed of new numbers-that will help you see who participated last year at least, but no guarentees that all of those groups will do it this year or that groups that didn't last year won't do it this year) then get your rec packets together, send them to the alums who have agreed to write recs for you, and have them send them to the addresses listed by the chapters. This will show that you're interested in the house, that you're dedicated since you took the time to get recs, and it will allow the sisters to gather info about you and see what an asset to their chapter you would be, based on what your rec writers say about you.
