informal rush help!!!

Hey yall! I'm looking for info on COB this year. I didn't participate in formal rush, but I was wondering if anyone had any idea if certain houses will be doing fall/spring informal rush!
In particular: AGD, AOPi, XO, Tri Delt, DG, Phi Mu, and Pi Phi
Also if you have any advice that would be great!!! Thanks yall.

Based on your choices, I believe you should focus on AOPi or DG. Although there is no guarentee that they will be doing COB/Spring Rush, I think those will be the most likely ones out of the houses listed to participate. I don't think AGD, XO, DDD, Phi Mu, or Pi Phi will COB/Spring Rush, or if they do, those spots will quietly go to good friends of sisters already in the chapter. Regardless, make great grades, get involved on campus, don't do anything that will give you a bad reputation, and TALK to girls in chapters you're interested in (and chapters that aren't on your list-since you didn't go through FR, you should really have an open mind to ALL chapters). Talk to NMs and sophomores in your classes, dorm, activities, etc and be outgoing, fun, and genuine. Make real friendships with these girls and show them how you would be a great asset to their chapter. But don't do this JUST to try to get a bid, because they'll figure that out quickly, and it won't go well (and could ruin your chances with any chapter). Remember, you didn't go through FR so you really need to keep an open mind to any and ALL chapters if you really want to get a COB or Spring Rush bid.

@uh Hey Lisa! I'm pretty sure she was just saying that out of the groups listed, those 2 would be most likely. She wasn't putting them down at all from what I read. Total has been increased to 390, so there are open spots in certain houses, some more than others. They can choose to fill those spots in whatever way they think is best for them. But just stop trying to constantly defend AOPi and put down other houses in the process. It's obvious and not fair to the actives!

AOPi does not do spring rush. DG has in the past but probably won't need to at all this year. If you are open to other houses, Zeta took 20-ish girls in the spring last year so that might be a good house to look into
