advice for pnms/answering qs from pnms

I think, as actives (and our amazing NMs), that we should make it a point to offer advice to PNMs on this site, rather than focusing on rankings/stereotypes etc all of the time. I mean, sure, it's fine to post these things-to a certain extent-but it's really much more important that we focus on giving advice to PNMs, since we've all been there, if our goal is to ensure that as many girls as possible have successive (receive a bid to any chapter) recruitments. I really hope this is our goal, at least. Anyway, Pan Love, ladies! Hope everyone had an awesome Labor Day weekend!
