If you're doing COB, you probably need to have a more open mind than wanting two of the "top" sororities. Old Row houses will every once in a while give a couple COB bids, but those go to best friends of actives. If ANY HOUSE does COB and gives you the opportunity to meet them, you should do it. As someone in a sorority that is usually ranked around the ones you mentioned, I personally know sweet, amazing girls in every single house and would be happy to be any of their sisters.
