didn't get a bid

I didn't get a bid to the house I wanted but a lot of the kids seemed to genuinely like me. Is it worth rerushing in the fall if I feel I have a legitimate shot at it?

Take the bid, it's not worth it. You'll be miserable, any house is better than none
