If they do cob then maybe. Try to make friends in the new pc and if you can the soph actives. They are all over. Also contact them and express interest. Good luck. If zta does not cob you should check out whoever does. Every house has something to offer.

I don't think it's a bad idea, but don't go overboard. Just send an email to her saying something like "Hey (name-not posting it here)! I just wanted to let you know how much I loved your house during Recruitment. I really felt welcome and at home with y'all. Unfortunately, rush didn't work out the way I was expecting it to, and I just wanted to see if yall were having COB events this semester. If not, I totally understand, but I would love to get to know yall better if you are. Thanks so much! (Your name)". If you hear something back, great. If not, call the Greek Life office and ask to be put on the list for COB. Good luck!!

Especially if you are already friends with girls from zeta, it will help. Good Luck!!

I'm sorry but sororities look harder at legacies than any other PNM. If your legacy house cut, I honestly think it's impossible to get a bid later. By all means, still try. But I want you to be realistic and not get your heart set on just joining Zeta. Other houses will COB and spring rush, Zeta may or may not be one of them. But you should ABSOLUTELY try for any and all houses that are COB/spring rushing.

You should look at all the other groups as well that will offer C.O.B. because you don't want to miss a chance because you were holding out on one house.

I'd look elsewhere since they dropped you. You have to trust that they likely think you would fit in better at another house. Many times a legacy has a better experience in a different sorority since times change. GOOD LUCK!
