Phi Psi used to be lame but it's getting much better. Guys are cuter and more involved and parties are fun. They had some great tailgates last year too. I think they're up and coming. Nice, friendly, fun guys. New house is awesome and in a great location.

Phi Psi sucks, they don't swap with anyone and give a bid out to anyone that asks.

I'm assuming that this guy is probably an OOS "PNM" who probably doesn't have many connections to the "better" fraternities. So, if he's offered a bid to Phi Psi and he likes the guys, what's wrong with him accepting it? It's better than not being Greek at all.
