Sororities over house total will not be doing this, unless they have NM depledge and then they may give out bids to replace those.

There is a top girl out there available and any of them have a spot, they will take the girl. They just won't publicize it.
Everyone participated in COB 2013, they were forced to do it

right now only SDT and ADX are doing it but the other chapters may start to do it in like 2-3 weeks. They have to first contact their nationals with their numbers and they will tell them if they should do it.

No one but SDT and ADX ever do COB in the fall. Very few houses do it in the spring--I think APhi, Zeta, DZ, DG and GPhi were the only ones to do it last spring.

Is that true that they had new members leave because of the mean reaction to the video? New members that just got their bid? If so that's awful, just terrible. Some people are so hateful.

The earliest there would be COB is next spring. All houses are at and most are over total. You can only COB if you're under house total.
