When will COB start and how rare is getting a bid.

As soon as girls start dropping! That, and, if there are any spots in any given house. But, there's nothing wrong with C.O.B. and those girls shouldn't be ridiculed.

How are girls selected for COB? Do they go through their cut lists again or is it just chance? If a PNM was cut and wanted to be considered for COB, how would she let anyone know?

Often, sororities looking to fill just a few spots will bring girls who are already friends with girls in the house to "COB" events and give bids to the girls they want. So if a PNM who was cut has friends in certain groups, they should definitely reach out and let them know that they're interested. Other than that, call the Greek Life office and ask to sign up for COB events. Sororities holding official COB events will often ask these girls to come to an event/events and then decide if they want to extend her a bid or not.
