If you have to come on a site like this and ask, maybe you shouldn't pledge at all. You are probably just going to get self serving answers.
DG has recently come back to UA. They recently built a beautiful new house and are trying to improve their status. They are doing a very good job with this.
DZ has been on campus forever. They have waited until the end to rebuild so they can keep their current location. The have always been considered good, though up and down like most sororities.
Both are strong nationally.
Rank them according to how you feel in each house. You may not get your first choice, but you will find your place in either.
When you go out to get a job no one, unless maybe the person interviewing you is in your sorority, is going to care what sorority you are in. They are going to care about what you did there....were you involved, etc. They will also care about your grades, about your volunteer efforts, and where you interned.
