by: Roll TideOut of curiously where do Zeta, DZ, Alpha Phi, and Pi Phi fall in the "tier" system?

I think they are all considered "new row". Alpha Phi has the lowest grades but very popular with the boys and a stunning house. Zeta has second lowest grades and are also very popular but no house this year (new one next year). I see people on here ranking Zeta on the higher end of new row. Pi Phi also is considered one of the top new row houses and DZ is probably right in the middle of the pack. DZ is known for being fun and quirky. All those houses take proportionally more out of state girls than the "old row" houses and (of course) have more out of state members. (Maybe that is why they are called "quirky" by the bama people).
That said, they are all amazing houses.
