Most houses take northern guys. I'm from Northeast and know tons of guys from the northeast in a ton of houses including mine. Solid houses that are northern friendly but still mixed include: Pike, DX, Labda Chi, ZBT, DTD, Pi Kap and Kappa Sig. A bunch of other houses have Northern guys but are not very popular. It's UA so you don't want to join an all out-of-state house because you'll miss out on some of the tradition. But just rush and see where you fit in.
